The MLBB meta shifts every patch. The tier list above ranks all heroes by combining two signals: ranked match statistics from Mythic-tier games, and pro pick/ban data from the MPL (Season 17). Heroes that pros pick at high rates but ranked players rarely touch surface as Hidden OP — the biggest gap between the two datasets.
How we rank heroes
Each hero gets a divergence score — the gap between pro-level and ranked-level demand. A positive score means pros ban or pick the hero far more than ranked players do (Hidden OP). A negative score means the hero is popular in ranked but the pros pass — typically overrated or countered at high coordination. Power score measures raw meta presence: heroes with high combined pro + ranked pick and ban rates earn S or A tier regardless of gap direction.
